We're Taylor and Kaitlyn Grafton and we are committed to helping health enthusiasts like you find healthy meat you can trust so that you can finally find peace of mind at dinner time. Have you ever discovered what meatpackers are using to fatten up cattle for retail?  Well, that is where our story begins.

Just like many of our best customers, we understand what it is like to not trust what’s being sold at the supermarket. That is why in 2018 we launched Hillcrest Beef. With a few acres, a handful of animals and a lot of hard work, we were committed to doing things the right way.

Today, we are recognized as the leading farm-to-table meat producer our customers have grown to know and trust. At Hillcrest Beef, we are committed to Grass fed cattle without any of the questionable additives or treatment of animals you will find in most available sources. We believe this is essential for providing a quality product that is healthy for families and healing for the environment.

We raise Hereford Angus cattle which are born and raised on our farm.

Where is your farm located?

Hillcrest Beef is located in Northeast Ohio.

Where do you get your cattle processed?

We get all of our cattle processed off site at Lazy L Meats. Lazy L Meats is a USDA processor located in Northeast Ohio. They're expert butchers cut, vacuum seal, and flash freeze all of our beef.

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship everywhere in the United States! We do not ship internationally.

Do you use antibiotics or hormones on your cattle?

Our cattle are antibiotic and growth hormone free.
