Our Mission

Here at Hillcrest Beef, our mission is to raise high quality, sustainable, nutrient dense, grass-fed beef.

Whether you're here because you're looking for a clean protein source, because you want to better your health, or because you just like grass-fed beef, know that we have taken much time and effort into raising a wholesome beef product just for you!

Our History

When he was younger, Taylor loved to be around the cattle at his grandpa's farm. He was in 4-H for many years and in the FFA throughout highschool. This love grew into much more when we decided to buy our own cows and start our own farm in 2018!

At first this was just to provide our family with a clean beef source and avoid the unknown of store-bought meat but, it quickly grew into much more when our community wanted a clean beef source as well!

Today our farm has about 50 head of cattle (give or take a few) every year that we raise to provide for our family, and yours!

Our Cattle

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass finished. We do not have a feed lot or finish on grain to fatten our cows like a lot of conventional farms do. Our cattle are free to roam the pastures their whole lives! They are free of any antibiotics and growth hormones.

We raise Hereford/Angus cattle, which are born and raised here on our farm. This is why you'll see many different colors of cows in our pictures!
